Complain internetfraud to The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)

I orderd a domain directhost.biz. Drecthost.biz already registered by other person. The registry ltd. reserved about euro 37.3 and euro 2.1 from my credit card. They didn't mention the charge about euro 37.3 for CG Merchant Account (To accept : Visa, Mastercard, Amex). The owner of the both the registry ltd. and Credit Geneva (Private Capital) Ltd are the same.

I think it is a gross fraud to reserve money from my account in that way. The websites of the companies are following:

Was wondering if anyone has a copy on file of the terms and conditions that were required to sign up for Credit Geneva as they are not available online any more!
