My favourite registrar has to be NameCheap, I have domains registered with NameCheap, GoDaddy and 123-Reg but the easiest one I used to register and also modify domains was NameCheap, their support is also good.

my vote goes to namecheap.

i use godaddy as registrar. 10 bucks across the board for a domain.

Any ideas on who can do it for less-- hidden fees included?
