1and1 has worked really well for me, I'm satisfied with my service there and it was really cheap.

Hello,

Was wondering if anyone has a copy on file of the terms and conditions that were required to sign up for Credit Geneva as they are not available online any more! I need it to get the money back from my bank!

Thanks,

Hi All,

I thought I would put in my 2p here regarding webspace2me.co.uk.

If you have a look at http://forums.redfoxuk.com you will see under the section "Redfox Hosting (shared/reseller)" and subsection "reseller fraud" an interesting article on the webspace2me story. One guy got ripped off, and did mega work on tracing the Italian slimeball who bought a number of names (eg www.webspace2me.co.uk) in the IP ranges as follows..

inetnum: 83.245.63.0 - 83.245.63.255
netname: PKXG-CUST-REDFOXUK-SOF6341-02
descr: Red Fox UK Limited
descr: Internet Solutions and Online Services
rev-srv: ns1.redfoxuk.com
rev-srv: ns2.redfoxuk.com
rev-srv: ns3.redfoxuk.com
rev-srv: ns4.redfoxuk.com

Since Redfox UK was hosting most of the scamsters site, he contacted the CEO of REDFOX UK.
This put the CEO in a bit of a spot since he was getting a fair amount of business from the scammer,
but had an obligation to investigate further, however more than two weeks later, all the sites are still
up and running, which makes me think that redfoxuk do not care about the activities of the resellers
who have purchased hosting packages from redfoxuk. Anyhow, it's been reported to the police, and it has also been
reported to the police that Redfox uk is hosting the bad sites, and are now aware that they are
hosting bad sites on behalf of a crook. They are also aware that the police have been informed, so it looks as though
the net is being drawn in.

I have a personal interest in this!

Just an afterthought...

To all those who have been scammed by this diconsolo piece of ****e.

If you have purchased using a visa debit card, you need to CLOSE down the account associated with that debit card, and get your bank to open up another account, and have them transfer all of your transactions across to the new account.

Essentially there is nothing the bank can do to stop this prick from withdrawing cash from your account. You need

1 - A new Card Number
2 - A new account number

This will guarantee that the £"%$£"^ no longer has any transaction details for you.

I do not know what you need to do if you used a Credit Card to purchase, but If you did, speak to your credit card company. I recommend getting a new credit card.

It's a pain in the ***, but it's better than having cash leak away from your accounts.

I have performed some more research on this scammer.

He is also running the following websites.

http://www.company4me.co.uk/
http://www.e-filling.co.uk/
http://www.bizeer.com/
http://www.1ukreg.co.uk/
http://www.reg-company.co.uk/
http://www.go-formation.co.uk/
http://www.1step-reg.co.uk/
http://www.formation-shop.co.uk/

Check out the format, almost identical, with content stolen from other peoples websites, so he hasn't even written his own content.

He has registered forwarding phone numbers through a telecoms provider in the UK, so he's NOT contactable.

If anyone has bought a name from this guy using a debit card, they will need to close down their bank account and reopen another, as the banks appear to be powerless to stop further transactions on an existing account.

Atm, i`m using registerfly and have only been using a sub-registrar you probably not know. Aside from being a bit slow registerfly is pretty neat. Lots of options, the ability to add employees accs and much more ;P
