it will worth good if you host a good script related to your domain name

I believe it might not worth that much with the "i" infront which might spoil the keyword. You might be make it to directories site and sell it which might cause your domain worth more.
Beside that what your domain extension? while different domain extension might influnce the price of your domain as well.

It's not a search term, so the value would be in the development of the website itself, the intrinsic value of the domain name is nothing.

Value may be in your eyes but it doesn't have any value really! If you are registering domain name for reselling purposes then it should have quality, it should describe business so that other would buy..

Also, it depends on the buyers too, if any buyer likes the domain then it has value, nothing can be said but there are few things which should be kept in mind while registering a domain name:

shorter is better
should be on top extensions
should be meaningful

You can think DuDu.com was sold in one million dollar so think of this, how beneficial is it if you do domain name marketing, registering a domain name in $10 and selling in $1,000,000.
