I heard that for a good search result, it's good to have the keyword in your URL. but what if the URL gets too long? Does that have a problem as far as SEO goes? I know that long URL is hard to remember for users. But if only considering SEO, is it better to have keywords in URL? Thanks!

You obviously have the wrong idea of what SEO is.

Hi.......!

The web sites which shows the raw power of a web page and web site domain names is the most difficult method, and takes the best of executions within your field. All of the web sites were successful in execution, and the result was very well received. When you pick an SEO domain name, consider what your people want. We don't encourage picking an SEO domain name with the thought of how you want to be. Domain names that have no other meaning were developed solely on their successful ability to develop program intensive web sites.......

It does, but not as highly as other things -> e.g. quality relevant backlinks.

Of course it is necessary that your domain name is similar to your website's main keywords. if they matched then there is no effect on seo of it. but avoid to use long domain name.

I have seen a lot of people wish to include keywords into domain name. So far I have never tested that but I tend to agree that can help somehow for SEO.

domains DO SIGNIFICANTLY affect page rankings. That doesnt mean if you build a galillion links with a domain that doesnt have they keyword in it you cant rank, but it is significantly easier to rank for a domain with the keywords in it.

Yes, here everyone would recommend to get those domain names which have keyword into it.

In this way search engine things that you are dedicated to a particular field hence you would focus more on that topic.

I agree. Keywords in the domain names or domain name extension will never improve your ranking

I concur. I have a rich keyword in one of my sites and it doesn't give me any advantage. I still have to do SEO work to get better ranking for that specific keyword, and if anything it was at the bottom of the barrel for the longest!

Keywords in the domain name or as your company name will make it easier to write copy with the keywords in it. You can get away with mentioning the keywords more often without the paragraphs sounding contrived.
