How number is treated in domain name?
For example
"room4rent"
"car4hire"
"care4hire"
"someonespecial4u"
What is your opinion to include no in domain is easy to remember for general people, it is a trick get noticed, or you think it as bull****. Please give your opinion. Thank you

Some will make domain name shorter : 4 (for) 2 (to) etc.
In your domain names you are using 4. I think that will not hurt domain names and your domain names remain catchy.

I do not think it matters much to people, as long as you have what people wants then their is not really a problem.

I think it's all about how you develop that domain. There are some domains that contains numbers ranking high in SE for specific keywords, so in the end, it's all about content and optimization.

Sadly the way the world is changing with the use of text for sms etc, using domains like car4hire could well rank higher than carforhire in the near future if all content was equal.

Personally I think numbers in a domain name are not very professional.

I do not like numbers in the domain name, although that makes domain name looks shorter.

Do you prefer hyphens instead of numbers?

wow i never even knew you could have a # in a domain..every time i tried to register a token domain they'd never suggest that i have something similar with a number...hmph..now i know...well that sounds like a good idea...i'd be anxious to see what a site with a number in the domain looks like

I think that numbers in the domain are fine if you're going to build a brand around it. Like Cars4u or something. Not great for SEO purposes as people tend to spell it out (carsforyou) when searching on yahoo, Google etc..

The only exception I think is when you are shortening a number, from five to 5 this will actually help your rankings.

Even Im includin digits in my domains bcoz
1) gotta make them catchy.. to remember easily
2) mostly.. if u add digits.. then they will be available.. for example.. no four letter domain is present now.. u might get one if u include some digits.. but important things is.. it must be related to the topic n catchy

I would avoid "4" as in room4rent.com UNLESS you can also register roomforrent.com - otherwise some person will be getting much of your traffic and possibly tarnishing your image.

But, number additions like rentedrooms123.com are fine since they will not lilkely be confused with rentedroomsonetwothree.com Or something like rentedrooms2000.com would also work. Adding numbers at the end it actually a good way to secure good keyword domains.

I support you. If numbers used and pronounced as numbers that might be good idea. However there are not too many domain names like this.
