We have a website for games, videos, music, news, and entertainment. We thought of a name and made a logo... But we want to know if it's a giid name. The name is funky monkey... Comments?

For SEO, funky monkey says nothing. You offer so many services that you don't want to put them all in the domain name but something like funkymonkeyvideogames.com would be better ...

Go ahead and use it by all means, I'm merely pointing out that trying to brand such a name to your website will be an impossible task.

That domain name is not unique at all. Think of something else. Check it out: http://www.domainsbot.com/results.as...funky%20monkey FunkyMoney.com is already TAKEN!

I suppose that also could be due to the showing avalible for the registration domain names on the public. That is the risk to show such domain name on the public

If you guys don't like this name, do you have any suggestions?

I think since you could include all the biz scopes into your domain name then just use an easy to remember and easy to input domain name instead.
