True because cost is only what customers are willing to pay. I think that the OP wanted a dollar amount to satisfy his question.

Sure but what good would that that be. Some useless "appraisal tool" might come up with some ludicrous "value" that no one in their right mind would pay.

The name has NO intrinsic value, it's what you can turn it into that is worth something, and just about any hostname can be turned into a valuable Internet property if the owner has the necessary business acumen.
