It seems to be a way for 'LEE' to get you signed up to his affiliate, therefor gaining him money, personally I wouldn't, for the sake of $8 for a domain name! But it looks like you have nothing to lose..

So anyway i sent my paypal details and he paid me the cash almost straight away. Thought i'd register the name myself to be safe.

Ah, well then excellent.... he must make a good bit more than $2 per referral, but then that all seems above board.

I don't know, I wonder if these folks are wanting people to get set up with them as a host so they can sell there hosting company saying it has xxx amount of users?
