Aquiring a taken domain name?

I want to purchase a domain name but it says it's taken.

However, when i visit the site it's just one of those 'related ads pages' with no real purpose or content.

the domain is samplecity.net

Is it possible in anyway to purchase the domain?

No it's not. It's frame forwarding to an Amazon store.

Not unless the current lease holder wants to sell it.

The Domain seems to be pointing to a particular page...doesnt seem like the owner is really interested in the Domain Name and might be possible to approach him for a deal!

The domain name can be parked somewhere. I suppose that the best way now is calling actuall owner and asking him if he would like to sell domain name
