Azeem if you want to sell that domain here's what you should do and it WILL sell, even for 50 or 100 bucks - trust me, I'm a very good salesman, I can sell t-shirts to eskimos, bacon to jews and hijabs to a right wing american.
First - make a site with content - get some good pages up there with magic information - maybe reviews of magicians, and a few other items, ideally nothing time-stamped since this is a show-piece. Get affiliate links on it, so it's making money too. THEN, when your site is actually a profit-making entity, sell it. You can easily push it for the price you say if you make it look worth it. As a name on its own, no investor in technology is going to be too keen - only a mug, and mugs generally invest in property not in technology.
That's all true. I doubt you have the humility to take someone else's advice, but if you did do what I just said, whether or not it's still a con for whoever buys it, you WOULD sell it. Give it a go. And if it works, pay me back by making sure you read my post in the political area and helping me with my "democracy campaign".
