This is probably a really noob question, but I have to ask it...

I live in the US and want to get an Italian extension. Is that legit?

The policy on registering an Italian ccTld is that you must be an EU resident or have a registered office in the EU.
Also, if you are not tax registered or a VAT registered company you can only register one hostname.

yh in our country .sa domains are free but for registering need to send the company registration detail with certificate. And the domain name should mach with the company name... otherwise the registration will not approve

I suppose you need to chat with the domain name registrar and discuss such possibilities. Maybe they will be able to offer you some ways
