I am new here. Could you tell me what it will be if you register a domain name which is identical to domain name of some big company. For instance, Mcdonalds. The only difference will be in letters (Mcdonalidz.com).

It's an arguable question IMHO.

Why?

Do you know somebody that won a trademark domain dispute?

There maybe one exception: if your real surname is McDonald, you might get away with it.

Generally, stay away of such domain names.

well registering such kind of domain names is not an problem But, the people remebers by using with the big companies domain names only as they could albe to recolect them esily. In, this process you will not get any kind of business or trafiic to your website .

Some hacker did the McDonalds thing, but with the google.cm domain from africa.

i use distinctive names when hand regging and then when the phone rings and people ask for someone who doesn't exist I know they are spamming over the phone.
