I'm working a little experiment which is going to require a whole bunch of PR5+ domains.

I've already bought nine of them, but the more the merrier.

If you have one to sell, please PM me.

I recently found seven PR6 domains for $500/each. I'm in the process of purchasing them now.

For PR5 domains, I've paid in the $75-$150 range.

A PR6 domain is worth about 8x as much as a PR5 domain, for my purposes. This means that I either overpaid for the PR5 domains or I'm underpaying for the PR6 domains.

Are you buying existing sites or expired domains?

I've bought both.

Existing sites are better -- but expired domains are cheaper.

You can say how much a domain is worth just by it's PR. I site could have a PR4 and be worth 50 times as much as a PR6 domain. It depends mainly on the traffic that the domain is getting. I have a PR5 domain and I know for a fact that I would never sell it for under $100,000 just because of the amount of work and money gone into promoting it and the money that will come in from it. This is not the domain in my sig that I am on about either.

Good luck anyway, I would think quite a few of the domains you are buying probably doesn't get much traffic but has a few links on high PR sites to make it have a good PR in the first place. Also, watch domains that you purchase just incase they have a fake PR which can be done quite easily apparently.

Good luck.
