It's only about $60 which isn't a lot in my opinion. But I'm scared that he will come back with 'he wants 15k for the domain'. Has anyone here hired a broker? If so then what was the domain you bought and how much did it cost? I'm still indecisive on whether I should hire one or not.

Very good domain. If I get it, I will sell everything I have just to invest it in that I did a whois on the site and I can't find anything.
