What decides the price of a site
i have www.gonetolunch.com for sale
it has a PR 4
is this what will sell it or is it based on traffic?
or a bit of both?

Hi,

Many people now care about the PR, they now see it as the main selling point.

For me if i was to sell a site I would first work on the PR and get it to quit a high level.
