Anti site

Hey,

I want to make an anti site, like paypalsucks.com, but about a TV station that I absolutely hate..

Is there anything in terms of legal issues I should read about these things? What else should I know, and what are my rights?

I plan to include swearing if that would be ok, or wouldn't it?

paypalsucks.com would be a tm issue and i dont know why they havnt gone down...
