I got an offer for one of my domain names, bondpictures.com (I also have .net/org and bond-pictures.com) from a company that negotiates domain purchases for their clients.
I'm a bit wet behind the ears when it comes to domain sales, so I don't know what to do.
I've been developing the site off and on and was planning to publish it this month, but now I don't know.
When I got this, I went out googling for guides, and one of them had an option that was, 'Don't sell. If someone has made a substantial offer, that person thinks he can make more money than he's offering from that domain name.'
The site is made by me and a friend of mine, and is supposed to allow a limited number of writers to write articles for it in the future. Mainly it's news, facts, reviews, nostalgia, trivia about Bond movies. My friend Tomas is a specialist on Bond paraphernalia, and I've gathered interesting facts, and of course I've seen all the movies a number of times
So: What do you think my domain name is worth, without the site? Should I wait, and develop it before thinking about selling?
