I mean, in whois.domaintools.com when I search for a domain, I see this 'Domain Parking lot' for quite a few names, dunno if it's godaddy.com that has that picture, when I go to the domain (not good, I know that! but...) the page loads forever and I don't know who to contact.

In general, if it's parked, does it mean the owner will never sell it?

Parked domains are a way to make extra revenue off a domain your not using, usually they won't sell them or won't sell them cheap.

Hello again ssandecki

Does 'not cheap' start at $500, or what?

To what extent i know parked domains means domain has been sold by any site like godaddy.com to any registrant but the registrant do not have any hosting space so it is used by site 'godaddy' to parked sites to advertise them untill resgistrant do not get any hosting space.

after getting the site now it depends upon the site owner that he is intersted in selling the domain or not
