Is getrealmusic.com worth anything "as is"? Or should I develop it first somehow to raise its value? Your thoughts would be appreciated.

a site that has been around for a while .. gets a pagerank or high in search engine listings will always be worth more ... although I have to add I think its a good name but you would have to target a niche to make it worth more ... maybe acoustic artists ? or underground ie none commercial / unsigned bands ?

There is no value in the domain IMHO

The domain is worth a bit over registration costs, only the *.com & *.net versions are registered.

I don't see any value.
