Showing Hyperlink Cues with CSS

Im wondering what browsers actually support this css3 code because i dont think it works in internet explorer 6

Never seen it before personally. What's it do exactly? Provide CSS styles to href hyperlinks only?

CSS3 hasn't been 'approved' yet and most if it is NOT supported by the current crop of browsers. I don't even think IE 7 supports all of CSS 2.1, let alone 3, and IE 6 and below...fuggetaboutit !!

Better to stick with CSS 2.1 right now.
