CSS Layout help (and menu bar!)

Could anyone PLEASE help me with this layout I have.

It looks ok on some pages in Firefox, but the menu does not work in IE.

Is anyone willing to please help me with this? I think for someone who knows the languages better than I do would be able to easily understand it and fix it.

I am on a computer that won't allow me to look at your source code.... are you using any javascript in your code? IE doesn't like pull down menus completely made with CSS.

I will check your page when I get home and get off this computer which IT completely locked down. I hate the IT department!

For one thing the conditional comments for IE must go in the <head> section of your page !
