it has been suggested that I not put scroll bars in the body of this site, www.cfmsonline.com, which I asked for help with on the scroll bars!

Seeing as I'm new with css, but getting better because of this site, i don't know how to have the page flow with the text.

I am thinking that it IS possible, but should I do it? If so... how?!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Cheers!

Yes, you should do it, no scrollbars !!

Remove the absolute positioning on your content area. Float your nav and side area to the left, and remove the overflow. The div with your text in it will stretch as content is added. Just make sure you CLEAR your floats.

I would recommend partly redoing the website because the white part is a solid image and taking out the scrollbar will just throw the text overtop a grey background.

if you remove the blue bar at the bottom of the main image and change the background color of the body div to white then it should be ok.

I agree. I think that the layout of the page could be improved.
