can anyone please tell why i am getting problems with the below link.

In IE the main content body is slipped to the base of the screen however the background that creates the content page is fully in view through all the text
In firefox, the content is aligned however the background stops half way through the content. However the page is aligned correctly.
im designing this in dreamweaver
If anyone could look at this , im pulling my hair out with it.
