Is there a css/ html testbed where you can

type your html and css as style sheet localy and the see previews in different browsers as tabs?

I.e. one preview page with tabs at the top. Each tab shows how that page is rendered in different browsers.

That way in one program you can see how it looks in all browsers cross platform with out cultering your screen or changing computers?

Any changes that one might apply would be seen in all the tabbed browsers

Would anyone find this app useful? If it doesn't exsit somone might want to program it?

How much would something like that be worth to css developers?

Well,

That definitly would be of great use for web developers. I might take a shot at it. The hard part I think would be to get all browers. Hmm, how to go about it.

I know it's not exactly what your talking about but DreamweaverMX 2004 has a feature to validate your html and css pages and gives you a report with common errors among a large list of browsers.

I just have three browsers installed on my computer (IE, Firefox, Opera) and switch between the two. I think this is probably the easiest/best way.

Yeah but it is messy multiple screens reloads on each.

And you only have for your os.

I test on mulitple computers because I have the resources but you really want an elegant solution.

May be ACJavascript we need to look at other forums as well
