Menu off in IE8

Could anyone tell me why the top menu is dropping in IE8 but fine in FF and 7.

CSS debugging 101:

put borders on the elements in that area to see what is pushing it out of place

Try using margin-top:120px; instead of all that padding. Margin is more appropriate in that context anyway.
