I am running a theme with Wordpress and for some reason it is blocking colors in my tables. Everything appears with a base color once published. In edit windows, tables show colors fine. I can't see were this block is happening at all. I have even deleted entire table related sections in the style.css type files just to narrow it down, and still does not show color. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

To a class attribute, and add it to your style.css, and edit the table from there.

I am still novice, so how do I change it to a "class attribute"? And did that code come out of my style.css because I am not seeing it?

OK, I get what your saying now. I had to get style updated and then linked. So that fixes my siren page. However, there is still something blocking these colors in the "theme: somewhere, because there is a plug in calendar under the about us drop down. It installs with color codes, yet they are blocked also. There is something just plain blocking Cell Background color somewhere.

incidentally you have a typo on that page
"Meeting’s" should be "Meetings"

I would then recommend you looking in either the layout.css or style.css to find the "Calendar" info, and manually delete it from there, or modify it to your happiness.
