Take http://BaldoriLaw.com for example, It aligns right in firefox but in ie its all screwy. Normally I can fix this but because i edited a template im not really sure how to go about doing it. I can send any code samples if anyone has a clue

Your #menu div is too wide. Reset the width to 760px instead of the 800 you have, and take off the 30px left padding and it should straighten it out.
Andreas makes very nice templates that don't fall apart, so watch what you're changing .

That helped align the links but seperate posts arent high enough. I'm still playin with is, I dont know css that well I'm more of a marketer lol

The too-wide menu div was pushing things out overall.
The styling on the separate posts won't be related to that particular problem.

You've got a lot of problems there, at least in IE6, seems ok in Firefox.

The #header div is not containing its' contents because the float on the H1 has not been CLEARED. The floats on the #menu aren't cleared either.

Thanks a lot! I got the viewable problems fixed anyway haha. I just had to clear those couple and contenttext and i was set.
