The best way to fix this is to re-slice your graphics so that you don't have the diagonal lines around the white box. Take a narrow, horizontal piece of the white box, side to side, including the shadows on the sides, and make it a transparent GIF with a matte color as close to the background as you can get it. You can use a transparent PNG and it'll work better - except in IE6 and below - your choice, gif or png. Repeat that small 'slice' vertically and put the diagonal lines in as the background to the body.
