Hello all, if you look at the link below you will notice a top page border design. You will also notice a green bar that stays centered with the left column of the page. What i am trying to accomplish is for this green bar to extent to the left of the page while maintaining the center position with the left column. I been on this for a week now. Can anyone please offer some assistance?

Sorry, I don't quite get what you're trying to do. How can you extend the green bar out to the left, but still want it centered over the left column ?

Here is a snap shot of what I mean about the green bar. do you see how it extends to the left of the page? thats what I hope to achieve. hope that is clear enough.

You could always put that part in a separate div from the rest of the header, put it on the far left.
