I need codes to achieve this type of vertical shift button at the left side of this website http://www.weethet.nl/english/welcome.php.
For instance click on
GSM / PDAs,
you will notice sub shifts to get
Compaq iPAQ,
PalmPilot and
Mobile phones
options. When you click on any of these three options you have a further vertical shift. I need some codes to achieve this.

just a fairly standard drop down menu with the drop down set to relative positioning rather than absolute, so the "dropdown" pushes the following elements down the container.
