need CPM! High rates; accept any websites

Hi pals!
I'm Excited, because now i have more time to be over the Internet and I finnaly decided to sign up in this forum

Well, I want to make a new website and I need A CPM System with this caractheristics:
- High CPM Rates
- The more visits, the more Rate, or fixed Rate always
- Accept Any Website easily
- Quickly Payment
-CPM not eCPM

Do you mean what I wrote or the concept of generating advertising revenue by advertising something in order to get it to sell, or perhaps both?

I'm not sure if I have ever looked at it. I'll check it out. Maybe you should start with adsense, and learn about what makes people click, and then move onto harder stuff like bespoke adverts run for affiliate networks.

HUm, but i've been using adsense on another website, and i'm turned on to CPM , what do recommend?

Join an affiliate network that pays for performance. Eg Tradedoubler - but maybe you can find a Portuguese network.

The reason you get more money and longterm deals is that they pay you a percentage of the money they make from you. That's the best way to get paid out here.
