What is a CPM Mail Drop?

Does anyone know what a CPM Mail Drop is and which companies do that?

Frank Kern mentioned in a recent video and I'm wondering if he just made up the word or if there is actually somewhere I can go to get mail drops to quality lists.

You can try arcamax.com. click on the "advertise" link at the bottom, and they've got some good rates. I'm running a campaign with them in like 2 days so i'll let you know how it pans out.

i tryed them without much success....but that was for a niche that is small...i guess i would have to do more tests.
