Help! ValueClick not paying!

I've been a member of ValueClick Media since April, and made more than 500 euros since then on their network. But I still haven't received a single payment from them!

I have contacted their support several times about this issue, but only got an answer on 2 occasions. So twice, I explained the issue, but never got any follow-up mail, nor money...

Any ideas what to do now? Anyone else had problems with them? I'm starting to fear I'll never see my money.

You have been banned from their network maybe?

Have you tried calling them via phone? That's the best thing to use when you need to try and sort something out.

Other people have experience similar problems and so far it has been shown that emailing them would not elicit a response, and only a few have gotten results from calling.

I myself have emailed them numerous times within a one-month period regarding an error in my payment profile and had gotten nowhere. I've called twice and although the support people were helpful they never acknowledge the emails that they had requested me to send to them. My problem is now ongoing for two months.
