i just want to know the which company pays more than $5/cpm ,

You may want to take a look at these CPM ad networks.
I believe the first one pays around $3 - $5 CPM on popunders. I know they pay this as I use to use their popunders on my entertainment site, but now only use their banner ads instead.
The others also pay a good amount, but not quite $5. $5 is quite high for CPM if you go with a network. Maybe Tribal fusion will pay more. If you are just looking for banner ads then you are looking more towards the $0.40 - $1 CPM rate.
I hang out in the azoogle ads and the help there is absolutly tremendous...those guys get like a gazillion of hits everyday to their site but, its not that Im talking about, they are serious testers....and in this game you must do that every day or you fail.
THey will give you the best ads and the best rates they are seeing. I use to go to technorati and see what is hot, and then get an ad and put in on my blog.
i.e. see paris hilton is hot, go to get a ringtone or mobile phone picture with her in jail. That sort of thing always did well....but now im just concentrating on my niche stuff....
But there is alot of money to be made in this sort of thing.
