I don't use Right Media (never heard of them) but with Value Click Media many people disable CPC and CPA and just go the CPM route because it earns them more money.

If your talking about Right Media, just click on the publisher under the analyze page and there will be pull down menus to turn CPC and CPA on/off

Nobody can answer this apart from yourself. If you will earn more depends on the quality of your traffic. If you get alot of clicks on the banner ads then you may also get the same amount of clicks on the CPC ads which in return could increase your revenue. So if you have a good CTR, then the CPC ads could earn you more.
