I'm already running Tribal, but looking for a good CPM network for the remaining 30-40% of international traffic they aren't showing ads for.

Hmm.. 60% of my traffic comes from USA, 30% from India. TribalFusion has some good advertisements with nice eCPM for both countries. Still, most of the ads served worth less than 2 US$ eCPM.

I'm pausing my campaign with TribalFusion for the moment.

How about setting up your own direct advertisement ?

I don't know if these will be any good, but have you tried valueclick and casale.
