I've been seeing the occaisional post talking about these "ad chains" that rotate different CPM networks on a single ad spot according to some priority, am I right? Is there any resource that someone could point me to that would show me how to implement such a chain?

Is it possible to mix CPC ads as well in these CPM chains?

I actually use phpAdNews... Can you configure it to switch to another network when the CPM drops to a certain number, or if the ad doesn't get filled with something?
