Easy to get into ?

Which CPM Network is easy (VERY easy) to get into? I don't care much about CPM, it can be as low as 0.05-0.10$, Popup Networks are also acceptable.

So far, I like it. Some of their popunders even get around Firefox and Safari browsers.
