Are Pop-Up Ad Networks Making you decent income?

I have seen loads of pop up ads such as tribalfusion on my travels over the past few years.

My question is, does anybody make any decent money off these types of pop-up networks?

I can get easily irritated by these type of ads. But if the income was worth it, I might consider bowing down and applying for myself...

I've always thought about it as well. Mainly I see tribalfusion (meaning from popular sites) or from fastclick. If most of your traffic is from links or search engine's, how bad could pop-ups be from a user standpoint anyway?

Well tribal fusion isn't just a pop up network... they do offer popups but they limit it to at most once every 8 hours per user. Pop Unders do really well cpm-wise, you just don't get to serve that many of them.

Excuse my poor knowledge of the types of ads. What exactly is a pop under ad?

And how many are you allowed to serve many? (Roughly speaking)

it means it pops up under your browser, so when you close your browser there is a ad looking at you.

With TF a person can see a popunder no more than once every 8 hours from your site.
