suggestions for 728x90 & pop-under CPM deals

I've got a soccer-related site that's over 30K impressions per day because of the world cup .. any suggestions as to ad networks that I could utilize options for CPM 728x90 and pop-under.

Please note, its got some risque content on there, so it's already been declined by fastclick and some of the other more popular places that don't allow their ads on sites with even a little adult content.

If you're getting that much traffic and have been declined from the major popular places, why not just sell links? 30k impressions per day is massive and you could easily make quite a bit by selling links and banners. CPM is good, but at times, alternatives can help too.

Do you mind listing the places that you have been declined from so we don't have to post 10 or so and find out that all of them you were declined from?

thanks for the response curitel ... fastclick and linkconnector have declined it. i didn't bother to apply for a few others (e.g. azoogleads) where i read their terms and it stated specifically no 'pornography'.

Have you tried Burst or TribalFusion yet? There's also Casale Media too if you haven't already tried it.

casale and tribalfusion's terms say no porn, but i've just applied to burst.

i dont believe casale much pays because i somewhere readed either fast click or casale media requires some clicks also

Clicksor got my vote for popunder and for 728x90 i recommend you Casle Media
