High quality inventory, very hard to get in. I've applied numerous times only to be rejected. Actually, I don't even know if I was rejected because they didn't send me an email

You just need a high traffic site in a channel that isn't flooded already. I think most of these bigger networks probably have similar criteria although I have heard that Casale is pretty tough to get into. I got rejected from Valueclick and still waiting on Tribal Fusion so I haven't even bothered applying to Casale yet.

I like Casale. My rep is awesome and has spent a lot of time talking with me and has always been quick to reply to any questions that I've had.

editing to add that I don't think you need high traffic for Casale. In fact, their traffic requirements are considerably low in comparison to other networks. Also, as far as topics go and their acceptance, my topics are pretty saturated on the net and I didn't experience that.

Really? Are you getting pretty decent CPM with them?

They are first in my chain. I realize different sites have differing opinions on what ad networks perform best and how to arrange their chains, but I have Casale first and VC second in chain after testing them both for a decent amount of time.

I've been emailed by other networks to change that numerous times, but don't see any good reason to switch things so far.

If you've been rejected by any of the networks, try to find out why and make the changes needed. One thing to consider is that if these networks aren't coming to you to ask you to utilize their network, maybe it's not quite time to use them yet. Or heck, give them a call instead of filling out the form.

I've been using them for a few years now, good for high traffic sites with low click through and poor adsense ads.

I use them on two sites and they pay out quite well. Definately worth a try for a high traffic sites.

shoot, I applied on Sunday and haven't gotten an email yet...

Does calling the company help if your site doesn't receive enough traffic?

I have been with Casale for some time now and found them to be pretty flexible. I would recommend you contact a rep if you haven't heard back through email.

All this nice talk about Casale has made me change my chain on an arcade site with about 1 million pageviews a month. I was pretty sure Valueclick paid me better, and had them as 1st tier and Casale as 2nd. Since this evening I'm running Casale first and Valueclick second. I'll post back in a couple of days with results.

I like casale also. Reasonable CPM (not as good as Tribal but way better than some I coudl mention) and good fill rate (unlike Burst)

After running Casale above Valueclick in my chain for one week, I saw no significant change in CPM at all, they are pretty much the same for my site. I added Burst as 1st in my chain yesterday, and they definitely give higher CPM than Casale/Valueclick for me, altough it took quite some time to get used to their interface.
