CPA that reports back who completed

I looking for a CPA that will report me back when someone submitted to their offer, ie. their email. Something where I'll be able to read an ID with PHP you know, to keep statistics that "this user has submitted this and this". Does any of these exist? And if there are some who pays to paypal, payalert, etc. that would be nice too.

PeerFly has a 'Postback URL' feature that will post back to your script.
