I'm putting together a list of CPA forums & have found four so far.

Does anyone know of any more CPA forums to add to the list or some web pages/blogs
that gives examples on what campaigns has worked for CPA offers.

The site in my sig has a forums that has an affiliate networks forum in it and that also discusses some cpa networks. Not sure if that's the sort of thing you are looking for or not.
