How can you make an incentive site so the tracking is automated?

Most of these sites are running scripts or sometimes modified scripts that already have everything built in.

an incentive scipt has it built in to tag the subids, but you can hire a php coder to make it work/integrate with your forum they should do it fairly cheap.

Well, I just looked at my Navbar code, and I saw how vBulletin called my username when I said Welcome, Username!

So then Maxbounty has

http://mb01.com/yourlink

and you add

&s1=(how vbulletin calls the username)

to the link in the a href= part (only!)

so then when people do the actions that get you paid, you just request the subid form. It'll tell you the username of the person, and how much money you got for them doing it.

of course, the rest I'd have to do by hand, but I imagine it'll export your report in a csv file, and then I can just plug it into an excel template with the formulas already done and figure out how i'd pay the users.

However, I am paying users in points, so I dont need to get that intricate.

I guess when you say the "&s1=(how vbulletin calls the username)" part, you mean the variable(s) from the url. You would match that variable with the user of your database and if it got a lead then it will be 1 up for that user.
