What are Incentive Sites?

I am starting to get into CPA and all, and want to know what incentive sites are . I just got done applying for three CPA programs and they all asked if my web site was an incentive related web site.

Is a traffic based web site incentive related? For example, I have a lot of traffic, and right now google adsense isn't making much on it. If I use CPA will it still work well on a site with a lot of traffic? (unique hits are xx,xxx/day)

The term "incentive" means that you are bribing or giving users something in return for signing up for CPA offers (for example giving them points in a game, or giving them some money).

I'm confused. How are incentive ads track which of your users signed up or not.

affilate programs sometimes allow you to add in a tracking URL, if not then you have to check the logs and match up. sometimes its a pain and sometimes its easy.

Typically you pass some ID number to the network when the click is generated. This would be the ID number of your surfer. Once the lead is generated, the network calls a script of yours with that same ID number as well as the ID of the campaign the surfer signed up for. If you're not set up for this real time track back of your member's ID number, you can download a report with the same info.

At least, this is how it works with MaxBounty.

Yes that is correct. You give your visitors incentives to signup to the offers where you will then earn from as they will become a lead.

Alot of the CPA networks offer incentive offers / programs that you can use if you are after any.

I have a fairly new incentive site if you want to look at it for a example-- Freegasguy - my question for you is how are you earning the $10k a month it says by your name online if adsence isnt doing good and your not using cpa or even know what incentivised is?

ohh so now affiliate marketing is a scheme? Either way, if your making $10k - $20k a month designing sites how could you not know what a incentive site is? much less even care.....but what do I know, I am stuck at $5k a month

An incentive website is usually used for the websites that giveaway something for free like e-book to encourage visitors to take action on some offers or membership or signups and such
