I have two beefs with Azoogle
1) I got paid extremely late. I asked my AM, who said I needed to send a tax form. I told him I didn't need to, according to what I was told when I signed up, being Canadian. He's like, oh that's right, but we need a copy of your passport. Never sent that, and in Laaaaate Feb (after that conversation with the AM where I said I was sick of waiting and not running any more campaigns) finally got paid commissions for December and January. weeeeeak. I shouldn't need to cut your merchant's cash flow to get myself paid.
2) In spite of repeated requests, I never got tracking installed on the thankyou page. Needless to say, my tracking was very difficult and largely the result of guess and check, making things more expensive for me. I hate asking for something - especially so simple - and having to repeat myself several times, and it still doesn't get done.
So Az, I'm not doing squat with you guys until you learn that customer service is not a nice-to-have but a MUST. :P
