Clearly you have more money than you need if you just "feel sorry" for them. I'm sure the owners of google said the same thing when their servers couldn't keep up with demand.

That said, the past two days have been okay. I have one site with MB ads and at least they're loading. They aren't making me one dime of profit but they're loading up.

Well Mike, patience is a virtue is all i can really say. Maxbounty is really one of the only networks which has the balls to run there network off of something different than Directtrack which may have occasional problems but i believe that maxbounty strives to do there best and they do there best. I haven't had downtime, there site can be slow every once and a while but everyones site lags at one time or another. Seriously guys maxbounty is great and i believe you guys should shut the **** up or wear a shirt which says "I LOVE MAXBOUNTY" because maxbounty is incredible.

xharrisonx, I think you should shut the **** up or wear a shirt that says "I suck off MAXBOUNTY"

I notice you are supposed to be earning between $10,000 and $20,000 a month, with the way you are acting in regards to a fellow webmaster losing out on money is pathetic! Do you seriously make a living off the internet? If your ads didn't load or slowed your site down and suddenly the money stopped rolling in, I am sure you would not be happy.

With regards to MB I think its weird how they have staff trawling forums explaining their tech problems etc, not very good promotion is it?! I thought support emails would be best for that. Also, if MB is doing so well and is growing so fast, I am sure a few more servers or more bandwidth could be setup within a day or two! Also the remarks to emails being deleted or marked as spam etc has to be a joke because if it isn't then things need to change. NO email ever should be deleted even by accident, if a staff member deletes an email then steps should be taken to retrieve it or at very least find out who sent the email, if MB staff delete a support email and then do nothing about it then that is an issue and management need to sort it out.

Overall I think mikeb is correct to vent his frustration as having any of your sites go down or load slow and really have an impact on earnings and if its not even a problem on your end then it is a piss take and something no one (apart from xharrisonx it seems) would be happy about.

MaxBounty has been nothing but great for me so far. I think its great that MB has staff out on the forums. When people get angry and start crying on forums about MB they can see what the problem is and get the whole community's input on it. I think their customer service is great - compare it to other companies who just put you on the phone with some person in india who can barely speak english.

I don't know how coherent this post is, sorry about that but its to early for me.

I always find it funny that it's usually the small publishers, or even those with no experience with us at all, that bark the most. Either way, if someone doesn't like MaxBounty, they are certainly entitled to their opinion. I suppose all I can say is that some people like to complain, and they are usually more vocal than other who are perfectly happy with our network.

We've grown 300% in both 2005 and 2006, and early indications are that 2007 will be another growth year. This isn't just more affiliates, but also larger shares of traffic from the big publishers in the industry who command big 6 figure checks from many networks every month. So we must be doing something right.

And Luke, we are in the process of adding extra server capacity, moving loads around. It's unfortunately not a day or two change, but I think everyone is already seeing vastly improved response times.

You dont deserve to be one of the lucky few Maxbounty publishers, i mean honestly dude (my californian shows). Maxbounty has shown me great past with them and i currently understand the small downages which users might experience due to the fact that there upgrading a ton of servers. Its not there fault, its there server company...

exactly, they could care less about the problems those of us that make a few hundred a month with them have....... unfortunate for them that thats why I only do about 10% with them, CPAE and neverblue have gone above and beyond for me whether I was doing $100 a month or $2000 a month they both have always treated me like gold.
