I like to keep in tough by email once a month or so. Mostly because I have questions.

Maybe if they gave me some GOOD inside information, I'd talk to them more. But usually, just every few days or so. Anything more and it becomes a "Can you promote this for me" type thing all the time.

Once every 4 weeks or so and that is by email for the US account managers. For UK ones, I have no contact for 2/3 months then all of a sudden I have a full week of phone calls and emails before it goes quiet again...

almost every day. sometimes on weekends. sometimes i call them at home on their cell phones. I ASK them for things. Custom campaigns, payout boosts... What is working best for them? What are other publishers pushing that is converting well? What is coming down the pipe that I can be the first to promote? Etc etc etc. This ppl have a wealth of info. Use it to your advantage.
