Hi,

I'm trying to put together a keyword list for a CPA campaign I'm about to try.

Can anyone give any suggestions on how to do this? I'm using DP's keyword tool as well as the Adwords keyword tool but I only have about 100 keywords so far.

Do you guys build your lists in excel?

I use Excel and as you stated DP... but probably the best keyword list builder is your brain(well atleast mine ). as i just think on the topic that i am trying promote to and just try to think up variations or other terms that maybe searched etc... even ask your friends as sometimes they have combos of words i wouldn't have thought of otherwise.

You may want to target not only targted keywords, but the words people use in the last phase of the buying process - when they know what they want and are searching for a product. That would be long-tail phrases.
